Common questions

Why is my app not showing a rank? Apple publishes the Top 100 for each chart and country. If your app is below 100 there, Ranklight can’t see the position. A new app’s first scan takes 5–25 minutes.

How often do ranks update? Each chart is checked about every 1–3 hours.

What’s free? Everything, for apps that chart in fewer than 4 countries. Ranklight Pro unlocks the full position list, history beyond 24 hours, market coverage, alerts and share cards for apps in 4 or more countries.

How do I restore Pro? Settings → Ranklight Pro → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.

How do I cancel a subscription? iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ranklight. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Can I use my list on another device? Copy the sync key from Settings and paste it into Settings on the other device, or at ranklight.tanlt88.workers.dev.

Why are some reviews missing? Apple publishes written reviews per country and up to 500 each; ratings without text aren’t published.
